I Believe in …

Design that turns debate into shared direction.

I take the half-formed and the “we’ll figure it out later” into a clear how might we. And then into something people can see, test, agree on, and finally deliver.

My work sits where user needs, business ambition, technology, and organisational reality meet. As a designer, I work from the outside in: user research, mapping journeys, uncovering friction, connecting touchpoints, and turning research, requirements, and constraints into clear concepts. I use prototypes, service blueprints, flows, and product narratives to make abstract discussions concrete; so teams can see what they are building, test assumptions, and make informed trade-offs.

As a leader, I work from the inside out: building the conditions for good design to happen consistently. That includes developing designers, sharpening ways of working, creating stronger collaboration across disciplines, and helping stakeholders understand where design can create value. Depending on where clarity, quality and innovation is needed most, I am comfortable moving between a workshop, a rough concept, a backlog conversation, and an executive room.

What I also care about

Colleagues and friends tell me that I care a lot. Based in Munich 📍, I live with a senior foster cat 🐱 who runs the place, keep too many plants alive 🪴, and clear my head through pilates and long walks through the city, galleries, and forest trails.

Whenever I can, I write about design, work culture, and the Zeitgeist – and in some cases, this is featured in a small digital magazine. I also organise local clean-ups now and then, because I believe care can scale: from the small and personal to the systemic. ✊

I’m currently open to new opportunities in UX strategy, experience leadership or service design — remote or in Munich.

If you’re working on a complex product, service, or organizational challenge where design can bring clarity, structure, and impulse, I’d love to hear from you:
